Congratulations! You've received a submission from one of the agencies you partner with. Now, what do you do with it?
As an underwriter, there are two different paths you can take when you receive a submission. The first is replying directly to the submission email. The second is responding through the Internet of Insurance by logging into the platform and collaborating with the agent, which allows for a much more robust experience.
Responding to the submission email will send any messages or attachments that you include directly to the agency, and will attach that information to the submission that they have created.
Logging in to the Internet of Insurance will bring you to a list of the submissions that have been sent to your organization. You can search for a submission using a variety of powerful filters.
You are able to quote or decline a submission as well chat directly with the agency using our collaboration tool. No more sifting through emails!
