Sometimes underwriters don't reply directly to the submission emails, which means the conversation between Agency and Carrier isn't an accurate snapshot. In order to solve this problem, we've introduced email forwarding for submissions into the Internet of Insurance.
1. Select the submission you'd like to forward the email for, and then look at the Group Chat window. You'll see an 'import email' link.
2. Simply select the link and the system will generate an email address that you can forward any outside emails to. Copy the email address, then use it as the 'recipient' for the email you are forwarding. This will attach the body of the email to the Group Chat window on the submission.
