Each question created is initially assigned a unique Question Identifier (QID). This same QID can be used across multiple products. The same QID can also be used in a newly created product so long as the expected response is identical in nature, and requires the same response. Some examples of QIDs that can be reused across multiple lines are zipCode and Client Name.
Note: If a similar question exists in the system, recommendations will be offered. You can verify that the recommended question is suitable for use by clicking on it and determining if the type of question it is and its response is identical to the response you are looking for.
